Interview
Interview process was fine and straightforward. Multiple rounds and a design challenge. Interviewers were nice and there is fast communication. The company seems like a very small team and not sure how career growth would be there.
Three step process: 1. Communication & technical skills (Figma and Photoshop) on TestGorilla. 2. Take-home challenge on designing a landing page. 3. Interview with team.
I was rejected after the take-home. They were quite communicative via email at the beginning, although I had to follow up to get an update on my application status even though they said they would reach out. I guess it's not uncommon that companies ghost those who aren't moved forward.

Design a landing page on Figma based on the guidelines they give you.
First Round of Interviews include Video Creation as part of the screening process with several questions to address. 2nd Round of Interviews Include a Hiring Manager afterwards with reviewal from the Leadership Team
