I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Lubbock, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview went well in my opinion but I did not receive a job offer sadly but they were very welcoming, respectful and professional and the interview was around 15 minutes but overall the experience was great
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask me about myself, Availability, work experience or volunteer experience, and a scenario that could possibly happen, and a time where I experience something stressful and how I handled it
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was

Welcome to the Gainesville Crew!! We appreciate you sharing your interview experience.
I had to call the restaurant for them to even see my application, but once they did I got an application within that week. I was accepted on the spot and then had to go to orientation with another new person.
