Ravinia Music Festival interview questions

I was invited to a first-round virtual interview and appreciated the opportunity. However, the conversation felt disengaged from the start, with very low energy and limited interaction. I understand that teams may be interviewing many candidates or have strong prospects in mind, but the experience felt somewhat perfunctory. I would have preferred clearer communication or even a cancellation if there wasn’t genuine interest, as it ultimately felt like a missed opportunity for a meaningful discussion.
