Very straight forward. The superiors explained the job and job duties upfront and assured I was capable of meeting their expectations. They also explained the type of environment I would be working in and made sure I was comfortable in working in that type of work environment.

I was interviewed by phone and a few days later, I did an in-person interview by the Service Manager. Also, I completed an on-line questionnare related to skills and characteristics. The Interview process was very thorough and though-provoking.
