Founder met me at a coffee shop. The interview was a casual conversation which is how I think interviews should be. The questions were appropriate. Founder explained roles and demands of the position clearly. Founder asked standard questions about my skills and work history.

It felt like a conversation. Able to ease into it smoothly and easily. Interested to know about your previous experiences and you are able to showcase your previous works to demonstrate the skills you possess. Lasted for a duration of about half an hour.
