I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Bull
Interview
é uma entrevista muito tranquila para conhecer a sua personalidade. Não vá esperando as perguntas padrão de entrevista de emprego. São feitas mais de uma entrevista com pessoas diferentes e todas seguem um mesmo padrão de bate-papo.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Red Bull (Ottawa, ON) in Mar 2014
Interview
The interview process is very comfortable and relaxed. I got the mangers contact from a friend and emailed her personally. We met at a coffee shop, it was just the two of us but I know a lot of girls have a group interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
She asked me personal questions about my self (I.e. What are you taking in school, what year are you in, what do you like most about your program, what do you like most about your current job, what do you not like about your current job, what are some of your hobbies, where do you normally like to go out) and then she asked me more company based questions (I.e. When do you drink red bull? What's your favorite flavour of red bull? What's your favorite red bull event ? Do you know any red bull athletes?) after that she asked me more job position based questions (I.e. What would you do if you had one can of red bull left and two people who wanted it. How would you decide who gets it ? how are you with talking to strangers? are you outgoing ?)
Very intensive with several rounds of tasks and interviews, personality test about 100 questions then interviews with your direct manager and regional manager. Not necessarily difficult, just a long process.

Interview
The interview process included two separate interviews with two different people. The interviews were mostly comprised of questions that would get to know how social and friendly you are as well as how you approach stressful situations. Being good at networking is key for this role and hiring managers make sure they are getting the right fit. A good first impression is also important. You will be out representing the brand everywhere you go. I got hired and it was probably the best job I've ever had to this day!
