I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reputation (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had very similar experience as other person mentioned on glassdoor.
The process started with phone call with recruiter to get your background, followed by a take home Codility test that was medium level. A few multiple choice questions, followed by a logic problem. HR people I talked to were energetic and great to talk to. Once my codility reviews are great HR asked me for 30 mins phone screen.
This is where the process took a nosedive. They set up call with one of the software developers. Now, I applied for android engineer, interview was scheduled with iOS developer because android dev is on vacation. So, I received a call on a scheduled day. I introduced my self, then he asked me android and java questions. As he was iOS developer he was not really framed question well. Either he is reading question or he know some problem happened internally with android app and asking same thing as a question. Question was related to service in android. Thread and process in java.
By the time these things happened we already lost 17-18 mins and then there was a live coding session. Some half baked question on your screen expected to be done in under 12 minutes. After understanding problem, as I started to write out a solution and talk it out, the interviewer stopped me and told me a restriction to the solution that wasn't written, but acted like it was and it was obvious. He was expecting that I know solution and will write in 10 mins. And the given problem is not also very simple. Overall, that part felt rushed, impersonal, and disingenuous. If they have people like these their apps is going to get bad ratings.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reputation (Hyderābād) in Nov 2024
Interview
There were three rounds of interviews in total. The first and second rounds focused on technical skills, where my problem-solving ability, coding knowledge, and system understanding were evaluated in depth. The third round was a managerial discussion assessing communication, teamwork, and overall professional fit.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Reputation in Sept 2023
Interview
I applied through the career page and on the same day got call from recruiter. Round 1( Technical) - Some behaviour and one puzzle in the first 15 minutes. At the end the interviewer asked variation of Coin change problem and further improvised the same. Round 2 (technical+managerial) - Some behaviour based questions and 0-1 Knapsack problem and print the weight used to get the solution. Round 3 (technical+managerial) with VP - Asked questions from OOPs, frontend concepts( it was a backend role :v ), Multithreading , Rest Api , DBMS joins and some hr based questions. Tips for this round - I was being very honest with my answer which kind of backfired , so fake it until you make it. Honestly I won't recommend giving your time for this company as they would just ghost you after the final interview. I frequently asked for result for about a month but didn't get any valid response.
