Online application, phone interview, and traveled for panel interviews. met with three different panels, timed intervals and yes they smoke in the interviews, moved thru the process but declined the initial territories offered. Accepted one close to my region, did a ride along with a manager and rep. Visited several stores, observe and interact. Area manager didnt feel I was a good fit, received recision of offer email. I was impressed by the benefits, but relocation is not ideal at this point in my life, accepted a higher paying offer better fit for me. I think they prefer younger applicants that reflect themselves, just my opinion

Interview
It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.

Initial interview with recruiter and then ending with a panel interview with 2 managers. The initial interview was more about reviewing my background and finding if I could be a fit. The panel interview ask a series of questions and then allots time for you to ask them questions about the position.
