You may interview with two or more people at a time and answering according to the STAR method is appreciated. I recommend over preparing with company research and having a list of situational questions and answers prepared so you have discussion topics top of mind to drive engaging conversation.

Interview
Reynolds has a long interview process. The first round is with a recruiter. 2nd round is usually with the hiring manager. 3rd round is a behavioral panel interview with 4 - 6 people. Communication with the recruiters is not great.

Three panel interviews with an additional presentation component to show skills and professionalism. Presentation should be something you worked on but not confidential information. Decision made fairly quickly. Conversational interview. Did not try and trick you or pressure you during the process.
