Few questions regarding introduction, experience , strength and weakness , qualitative and quantitative evaluation skill etc. the interview will be in both Japanese and in English . The location can be remote as well as on site in the northern part of Japan

Simple question about personality
Also they ask questions about previous leadership experience, communication skills, problem solving skills and presentation skills.
Essay screening is quite easy. Just need to write in english. No japanese required. During the interview have to speak a bit of Japanese.
