I thought it would be a real interview but I was not asked many questions about myself, she just talked a little bit about the role. I left feeling like they didn't care to get to know me. The interviewer said she was sending me a disc profile and that we would set up a practical interview. She did not follow up with me on those so I had to reach out and ask her about it. She invited me in a second time in which we just went over the disc profile and again she said I would come in for a practical interview. Once again she did not let me know when to come in for that, so I had to reach out again and finally she gave me a time. THEN when I show up to it, she isn't even there, and 8 mins after the start time, 2 guys come out and say they are going to do it with me. They were nice but one of them seemed to have no personality, barely gave eye contact and was just super unenthused. There was absolutely no type of layout or direction for this practical interview. It felt rushed, unplanned, unorganized, and a little unfair considering i told them I’m a new CPT. I asked if i should do some type of questionnaire first, because that’s what would typically happen in the real world, and they didn’t really tell me anything, but then used that against me later when i didn’t ask certain “important questions”. After the whole process he said he or the other lady will reach out to me that week, and I never heard from them. There seems to be a huge lack of communication and organization at this facility, and I was told a lot of trainers have come and gone, so those were a few red flags.
