First applied online, then HR called to schedule an interview. Then we met with the assistant manager, who then (if they liked you) sent you to a 1 hour in store feel, then if you did well they set you up with the manager to explain work expectations.

Very simple, asked a few questions about personality and work ethic. Continued to then talk about the work position and see if I could meet the needs of associates they're looking for.

Everyone at the company is very nice! However, in the interview process there will be some questions that make you think of multiple scenarios b/c its customer service. Be ready to make sure you think of times were you had to calm a customer/client down. Be ready for How, Why, What did you do to fix the issue.

It was one zoom interview was conducted by the store manager at the time. It was a fairly informal interview process where they just wanted to get to know the applicant.
