Can't understand why candidates are called for face to face after a telephonic round when all they want to do is ask you about what you haven't worked on and go ahead on questioning the same to prove that they know better?/. They didn't even have a precise answer to one of their own questions(i asked them back to know the answer.) I read on one of the reviews here that they grill you on résumé, my experience was quite contrary to that one..first they ask..if you have worked on it, when you say no..they say can you give us an example. Was pretty obvious at the end of a series of such QnA that the feedback isn't going to be "positive"
