Over 3 months every single stage of the interview process changed. I’ve been on hiring panels before and last minute scheduling changes are understandable, but I’d get emails telling me that the entire format of the interview was going to change the day before the call. A 30 minute interview with the hiring manager got switched to a 90 minute panel with multiple people. The recruiter told me to prepare a presentation and then the interviewer was confused as to why I did. It was overall very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time, the team and recruiter didn’t seem to know what they were doing the entire time.

Applied on May 26 through school coop portal. Received an email to conduct an online video interview 2 weeks later. The interview consists of other coop students, senior ux designer, and project coordinator. Received an updated status on the application after 1.5 weeks later. The interview was 45 minutes. Consisted of behavioural and a project presentation.
