Simple, short interview in nurse managers office. It was partially was I was being given a tour of the hospital floor I would be working on. Open and honest conversations.

I was interviewed via phone. HR called me within 15 minutes. I accepted the offer. It was a smooth process. I completed the onboarding process with no issues and awaiting my start date.
