SPACE44 Senior .NET Developer interview questions

The process was about 4 main steps. 1) A recorded interview with technical questions. 2) An interview with HR 3) A code Assesment 4) Multiple tests about: a) Personality b) Comunication c) Collaboration and Leadership I think it was a smooth process and you have enough time to finish them up. The only part it took me more than expected was the last step, because some questions are about situations that I need to simulate in my mind to give an answer.
