Sales Consulting interview questions

Questions about motivation and experience + a few logical questions. There were 2 recruiters driving the interview and it was an onsite discussion. The atmosphere was relaxed and the recruiters were also sharing information from their professional experiences.

When I got there I was taken to small and particularly cold room. After 5-10 minutes, the recruiter arrived and she told me we needed to wait for her colleague to join. After a few more minutes a stiff and distant lady entered the room and analyzed me from head to toes. The first recruiter's hands started shaking, she was obviously scared by her Senior mentor who was also making me feel uncomfortable due to her unfriendly attitude. The interview was short, not many details about their client who was hiring via their agency were shared with me. It was one of the biggest interview fails I have experienced.
