Started with employee referral.
1/2 hour initial phone interview with HR recruiter.
Two subsequent 1/2 hour phone interviews with more senior roles in Client Services.
Both interviews were very different.
First was mostly questions, second was mostly interviewer talking about the company & the role.

2) How do you think this position should be evaluated, i.e., what should the performance metrics be?

Interview
After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chile) in Nov 2025
Interview
The process was smooth. The HR team kept me informed of everything that was happening and the next steps. The interviewers were knowledgeable about the topics, and the conversations were productive.
