I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
It's disappointing, to say the least, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism I experienced from Salesforce's recruiting team. Despite the company's reputation, I was left in the dark after a recruiter contacted me to schedule a call to discuss the role. I had to follow up with the recruiter multiple times for an update on the proposed time slots and the call itself, but I have yet to receive a response. This experience is unacceptable and has left me with a negative impression of Salesforce. I hope that Salesforce can take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure this doesn't happen to other candidates.

Question 1
Explain to me how your background matches with how you understand the job description
Standard process of phone screen with recruiter asking qualifying questions and then explaining the process moving forward. Moved on to video interview with hiring manager going into more detail on background and asking technical questions to understand knowledge and methodologies. Interviews went well and hiring manager said recruiter would be in touch. I reached out after a few days to follow up but received no response. I understand if they found another candidate, but have the professionalism to let candidates know they're moving on with others.
