Dos partes.
Primero, una grupal con un tema aleatorio del que se debe hacer una presentación. Para ver como te desenvuelves socialmente.
Segundo, una individual, mas técnica, con el tutor que te guiará en las practicas.
online test - one way interview, online assessment centre. just asked competency questions and one or two technical ones. very kind and friendly interviewers. there was a case study for the assessment centre
Got a first round technical interview which consisted of 4 questions going over the span of 30 minutes. They tend to ask more lev fin questions so be sure to know your way around a LBO.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Santander (São Paulo, São Paulo)
