I got my interview from my university career fair. The interview process is very standard. They asked general behavior questions. Due to Covid, my interview is online, but the interviewers are still being very interactive.

Gave me a tour of rhe facility and then sat me down and gave an interview with a coding exam. Test wasnt hard but I didn't have any database expirence so that definitely didnt help with my chances.

Very simple and quick process. I applied at a college career fair and scheduled an interview for the next day. I was only able to complete the behavioral interview, but it was very standard. They asked me some questions about my resume, but it wasn't very intensive.

Process was very straight forward. Unfortunately, the questions were preset and written down on a piece of paper. After answering some questions there was awkward silence while the interviewer was writing down my answers. Very streamlined.

After arriving and checking in, I was first taken on a tour by one of the company's employees to a few of the facilities on-site. After this tour I was interview by a small panel of senior engineers. After the interview, I was given additional time for lunch and for exploration of the area.

There wasn’t a interview for interns, it was just a phone call with a offer. So the biggest thing is having a stellar resume. You apply in December and it closes in February which you either get a phone call of an offer or email.

Telephone Interview with Senior Management. Discussed the current state of the department as well as difficulties being experienced and relationship with the customer (U.S. Department of Energy). Employees were generational and had been subject to changes in Prime Contractor that presented confusion in policies and procedures with each contractor changed.
