The reception was a joke. They couldn't find the person I was to meet within the roster and took them 20 minutes calling people in the office to find the VP of Infrastructure who performed the interview. All he did was talk about himself, his team, and the company. This so-called interview lasted 1.5 hours and it is the same material/conversation that took place over the phone interview weeks before during the phone interview. The VP was a nice guy but certainly self-absorbed. I only had 5 minutes of real interview time with him. This was more of an interview of me evaluating the company. Fortunately, I wouldn't work there even if they offered me a job. Poor experience, unwelcoming environment, and a VP that got his job because he is best friends with the CEO who is currently being sued by several employees from his old company for sexual harassment.
