The interview process was easy and casual. My education background was not checked, and I was hired on the spot. The head of school hires based on if she likes you as a person and on a whim.

Sat down with head of school, asked about academic performance and relevant coursework. Interviewer wanted to see what I was confident teaching and where my experience was. Very straightforward, just asked questions directly related to job I would be performing. Appeared to not need me there but was part of the act. Appear confident even though they might try to intimidate you.
