The interview process was fairly streamlined, consisting of two rounds. The first was a conversation with the recruiter, which focused on my background, experience, and interest in the role. The second round was with the hiring manager, where we delved deeper into the team’s goals, the responsibilities of the position, and how my skills align with their needs. Overall, it was an efficient process that gave me a good sense of both the company culture and the expectations for the role

Interview
It was behavioural mostly. They just look for a culture fit and how keen you are about their organization. As long as you're honest and exhibit curiosity you will do well. Karen is an absolute gem and provides such great mentorship. Leave a lasting impression by being keen and curious and you are bound to be called in with an offer. There was one other intern along with Karen since this was a coop opportunity. They spent a good chunk of the interview time answering my questions and elaborating on the process.
