Basic interview behavioral questions one on one meeting with another person, mostly the manager and they just ask availability questions to, very easy process. Sales associate job is very easy to get as their isn't much skill requirement prior to applying.

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
