What experience do you have that could help you succeed in this position?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online and was contacted by a HR rep shortly after. We scheduled a face time interview. The interview went so well so I went on to the next step which was an in-store interview. I met with the guy in store and he told me that he had never done this so we'd wing it. He showed me the operations and gave me the tour of the store, basically just a run down of everything he was really cool and I watched him fill out my evaluation sheet and check off all of the positive boxes and fax it off. I was then contacted by the same HR person and was told that I would need to interview with the district manager and that she would set it up. After a week I reached out to follow up since I hadn't heard anything. The HR person was normally really good about responding within an hour this time she did not respond at all. Another 2 weeks went buy and I contacted her to follow up again. Never heard anything back again.

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2011
Interview
Brief, informal. No insight on job details or expectations. Just a big promo on how much of a good company it is to work for - and it is, in spite of the "cons" I last mentioned.
