Interview
First interview was a phone call. Second interview was a store visit. Third interview was on Google meets with 8 people. They said they liked me overall, but I was not fit for the role because I said after I graduate I plan to study abroad for my graduate program. They were only looking for people to work full time with them after the internship, which I thought was not fair at all.

Was online. Process and questions were slightly confusing and not super organized. They could have done a better job connecting on a personal level, face to face. Did not receive much information on what the position actually entailed and the skills they were looking for.

Interview
I had two interviews with the manager of the team and then three other team members. It was on Zoom, and everybody was friendly. Ultimetly, I did not get the position.

Online interview via hire view first where you record yourself answering questions they give you a brief moment to prepare for. Had this followed up by an in-person interview. Was told I was overqualified and to apply to a different role(was then rejected by 2 other roles in the same area; different position).
