Interview process was smooth. There was an initial screening with a recruiter where you are asked about your motivation and your knowledge about the company. Then follows an in person visit to the store you will be working at where you are showed around and briefed about your day to day and then an interview with the manager. Lastly there is a zoom interview with the district sales manager.
