The interview process was fairly easy. I answered three questions pertaining to customer service and submitted a brief video introduction. The video consisted of me stating my full name, proving I was myself.

The interview process took 10-15 minutes and you had to record yourself responding to their questions. The questions had to do with customer service and shopping. You can re-record until you are happy with your response.
