Interview
The interviewer are friendly, they make you feel comfortable in the conversation.
It normally started by the interviewee self introduction and sharing, talking about own strengths and weaknesses, asking what this will fit in the job scope. Then role explanation then end with some discussion and questions.
It was efficient and productive only lasting 1 week. Interview questions were challenging and interesting. Both hiring manager and Depaertnent being able to test your business accumen with these situational questions is really nice

Intern was quite chill and asked about myself and how I would deal in a difficult situation, afterwards it was up to me to ask any questions for the company
