Group interview (2 candidates, including myself, and the interviewer). The interview process was professional, yet somewhat casual. We were asked a range of basic interview questions and more specific scenario questions related to the child life volunteer position.

Took about 4 weeks. Once you submitted the application they would take approx. 2 weeks to email back. They called for a one on one interview and asked basic questions. Then they took another 2 weeks hear back.
