Contacted by a SVB Recruiter for a 30min screening interview, followed by 4 more 1hr interviews. 1st was with the Hiring Manager (online) 2nd was with 2 stakeholders (online) 3rd with another stakeholder (online) 4th was with the Hiring Manager (final stage, in-person). The SVB Recruiter and all interviewers were approachable, professional, and friendly and it was a very pleasant interviewing process overall. After 5 weeks, unfortunately no one was offered the job. Apparently SVB needed to go back to the drawing board in terms of what they wanted someone in this position to do which is understandable but disappointing. It would have saved time/efforts if this was realised sooner. Even still, if this sort of outcome is an anomaly then I'd recommend applying for a job here!
