I applied online. After a few months I was invited to a telephone interview with the graduate recruiter and a partner, both of whom were very friendly. They alternated between easy and hard questions. The interview lasted 15-20 minutes.
They were slow to respond, kept re-scheduling and then showed up late. I got the feeling trainees are the lowest priority at the firm, that and also over-hearing the current trainees talking whilst they had lunch.
