Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Singh & Associates (India)
The interview was 10 minutes long and very easy. They ask the candidate for his/her interest areas and what they've worked on and then ask questions. At least in my opinion. Some of the interviewees however have said that they dive deep into the technicalities of the topic and ask questions. All in all you need to be prepared with litigation and arbitration questions, arbitration is their main practice area.
- What are the different grounds of setting aside an award under section 34 of the arbitration act?
