Single Homeless Project Lead Support Worker interview questions

I applied online. One day after the closing date, I got an email requesting an interview. I logged on to their site to book a 2-hour slot on the interview date. I was also asked to prepare a short presentation. On the day of the interview, I was asked to complete a written assessment. I had 45 minutes and it was a hypothetical scenario as well as some questions on how you would approach the role. I then met with a panel of interviewers, first doing the presentation and then answering standard competency based questions. They let me know of a decision 2 working days later.
