I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2015
Interview
First I had a phone interview with a recruiter over the phone. Next, I met with the recruiter at Tully's coffee to hear more about that role. Finally, I had two in person interviews with a few managers and a couple of employees I would be directly working with. The whole process was less than two weeks and I was called within a few days to hear that I received a job offer.

What excites you the most about this role? What do you know about Slalom? Do you think that you are better than doing any task at hand? How do you view customer service? Tell us about a difficult customer experience you had. Tell us about an experience where you went above and beyond for a customer. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses?

Interview
The interview process began with a short phone interview. At the end of the call we set up a coffee interview for the next day. I met the interviewer for coffee. This interview was a mutual information exchange, me selling myself as they told me more about their company and the job. A day later I had a 30 minute interview with the Operations Manager. I was then contacted right after for another day with two more 30 minute interviews. I met with the Business Manager that works closely with the executives I would be supporting, and then met with the Operations Manager from the national office. My last interview was on a Monday and they disclosed that 2 other people were being interviewed for the position. I was contacted Thursday with an offer.
