This is a very high-energy company with a working-late culture. I'll bet a lot of them work through the weekend. Very self-conscious hipstery types. The interviews reflected that - I met at least ten people during my all-day marathon. The work looked interesting and the people seemed nice, but there was a sense of "see how cool we are" that could get grating. There were a lot of "what would you do if..." questions. Someone even asked me what kind of animal I would be if I got to choose. Like I said - hipsters through and through.
