      Growth Campaign Coordinator Interview

      28 Sept 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Snap (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2023

      Interview

Pretty standard process initially for a coordinator role that had 1 screening call that lasted 30 minutes or so with the typical intro questions. Next was an hour long video interview with a growth manager that was again very surface level about experiences and resume, etc. Finally there was a full day virtual "on-site" interview. Bear in mind this is for a coordinator role that is non-technical besides some marketing SEO, metrics understanding, and basic A&B Testing abilities and experience. The virtual "on-site" was 6 back to back separate team member interviews. I basically had to take a day off from my full-time job for 6 hour long conversations. They could have easily done 2-3 panels of multiple members / maybe a couple 1-on-1's. At the end of the day after going through each one I didn't receive an offer or ANY feedback after asking multiple times from the recruiter. For a role that seemed pretty easy honestly all things considered, this was for operations on their team that literally is just in charge of posting team snapchat snaps for tent pole moments and evergreen content a few times a year. The team seemed very high and mighty for what their responsibilities and contributions to society are. This role was something that an intern could probably do, I'm not really sure what exactly they were looking for all that they said I'd be doing is handling assets and organizing them basically.
