The hiring process is very long. Applied online in January, received assessment test through email in February and got a phone call in match to schedule an in office interview in late March. I interviewed with the executives (3) that I would potentially work with. The executive assistant that direct me to the interview told me that of I had any questions I could email her. I did email her the same day following the interview to reconfirm my interest in the position. I was very excited about. No response. 10 days later I send her another email because I did not know what was the next steps. No response. It has been almost a month and still have no response. You be the judge. You can imagine how i am disappointed with the lack of follow up and the silence treatment to my emails. The questions were behavioral oriented.
