Very unstructured, intimidatingly casual. I just went for it, started yanerubg about the state of VC in a post-pandemic world. They want to see that you're a self starter when it comes to communication

4 rounds with 7 people. Absolute waste of time as they sucked a lot of my time and send only a two liner rejection email. The process lacked structure and it was a lot of repetition between each interview.

Three rounds interviews. Phone - VP interview + Partner Interview. Phone interview mainly behavior questions and stuff about your resume. VP was about what TMT industry you are interested and how to you value a startup.
