Got called in for an interview but ended up being a working interview - where we all helped set up the new store. The manager just chose who fit best to work there.
i went in to drop my resume off in person, had a good conversation with the manager there, just basic, they asked my availability. next day i got a call with an offer

The interview process was very standard for a retail position. The questions were straight forward. The manager was easy to talk to and made the process feel like a casual conversation.

The store manager will come to you and ask you some questions. It took about 30 minutes for the whole interviewing process. The whole process is quite chilled. I was asked how much I knew about this brand and what is my availability.
