Interview
I applied through my university's career website and got a call about a week later. I did a phone interview then went into HQ for an interview with the execs.
It was nice to see the execs cared about meeting prospective employees fresh out of college. But the actual interviews with them were revealing. My supposed 'technical interview' was with an executive who had not done programming in years. He asked me to explain what Github was. This is very ironic considering the 5 hours I spent there they preached about adapting to new technologies and challenges.
I didn't get an offer from them but I think it's because I've never programmed in java. I was frankly surprised I got as far as I did considering everything they build is in java.
PS some programs (like the one I was applying for) require you to do a two week bootcamp in Dayton. They don't explain this up front. There is nothing to do in Dayton.
The interview process was straight forward and simple. It started with an introductory call and then the first-round interview, followed by an interview with a couple seniors from your potential team.

il faut passer plusieurs entretiens, un social, un technique et un sur la perspective d’avenir avec plusieurs personnes différentes. L’entretien technique est un questionnaire sur un langage de programmation avec a la fin un programme plus long a faire. on discute ensuite des réponses données et des erreurs eventuelles
Prise de contact sur LinkedIn suivie d'un entretien à distance qui fut assez classique avec revue du parcours, du profil et des aspirations qui a débouché sur une proposition dans la foulée.
