It was a fairly straightforward and easy interview process but they did make the job seem different in a few key ways from what was written on the JD and seemed like they were trying to be purposely vague about what this person would do.

Interview
The first interview with the Manager, Missy, was a phone screen. We covered my experience, abilities, and knowledge. Missy told me she was going to pass on her notes to the Owner, Jason since she thought I would be a "good fit for the team." Although I appreciated those words, I never heard from Jason or Missy for closure. I'm disappointed since this came from a career services company.
