Several pages of questions in what looked like a printed PowerPoint from HR which seemingly caught them off guard. Despite the onslaught of questions, they were nice friendly people who I could see myself working with.
They allowed me to ask some questions at the end which allowed us all to speak freely and ease the tension, but after the first couple of questions I had, the clock was nearing the hour and the upbeat vibe dropped. I sensed they felt burnt out from the HRs earlier test.
Only thing I'd say is I felt like there wasn't much room for us all to lighten the mood, get to know each other and feel like an interview. The purpose of an interview is to look for reasons why to hire someone, see if their personality will fit with the team & vise versa. But it felt like a checkbox test where they'd look for anything I didn't say. They might as well have called it a competency test upfront?
