The interview process was tedious, took 4 weeks and background check was a long process. Mainly personal experience questions and how to get a long with others. They are going to assess your skills as a nurse, and love for animals. Overall it was worth it because the staff is always willing to help you knowing you are new to the company and most of them are easy to get along with
