I interviewed at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
Detailed but friendly. Went over background, experience, and role expectations. The overall process was smooth and not intimidating at all. I was interviewed by three people but it was more casual than expected

Interview
The process was fairly simple and straight-forward. It was an in-person interview for about 30 minutes. Everyone in the office was dressed business casual.
The person interviewing was the office manager in charge of Admissions Office at the Seminary at the time. The interview tone was semi-professional and highly relational since everyone there has been involved in the ministry side of things or is a student.

Interview
Phone call interview was scheduled. Among the technical questions asked about the position, religion was brought into play due to it being a religious institution. The other concern was about not being enrolled as a student. Once these were established, the interviewer seemed less enthusiastic. However, they clearly stated that I would not be considered for the position any longer as they had candidates that would be a better fit.
