Direct Interview with HR, just asked about profile and role in previous company , reason for leaving and some genral questions about my role, hr is also not much qualified, lack of common sense...after a two days i get the call for second round..its not second round actully the want complete the formelties oof joining.....
Applications are reviewed and suitable candidates are called for face to face round to check their fitment with the role as well as organization. HR manager takes the interview where the candidate's profile is discussed and some other questions are asked.
Personal Details ,2 levels of F2F interview with Manager Operations and Final round with Director.
Then Intent letter marked over the mail.
Then we need to accept that over the mail.Arrange for desired documents like.academics,professional certificates
