Applied online, then had a screen call with recruiter which followed by hiring manager interview as the second step. The third step was interview with plant manager, skip level, and HR Manager. All interviews were done separately via video call.

Most questions were very conversational which was nice. Started from tell me about yourself and they asked to elaborate on some of my specific experiences that related to the position.
