Question 1
What skills do you have that would directly correlate to this role?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stanley Black & Decker
Interview
Multiple phone call interview screenings and one giant panel interview. The panel interview you needed to try and sell them on a tool. Overall the process was long, but wasn't necessarily "hard". The hardest part was the panel interview, but they are looking for qualities more than knowledge

Question 1
What are the features and benefits of this tool? (In the panel interview - when you try and sell them on the tool)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stanley Black & Decker (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2021
Interview
Multiple interviews with those involved in the entry level program, pretty easy, entire process took maybe 3 weeks from first interview to offer. Everyone was nice and enthusiastic. I would say that they didn’t describe what you would actually be doing in the role very well.
