State Farm has classes on how to conduct interviews. It is behavioral based and has a script. Have answers for all the scripted questions, but be honest and connect with the person interviewing you. Try not to act smarter than the interviewer.

Look up behavioral based interviewing and read a few books, then get a spreadsheet and formulate your answers as 'practice'. You should be prepared with actual examples you can speak to of YOUR work, not 'the team'.

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
